These are not talent ratings and they are not anyone else's scale. Each attribute is an index over one specific, checkable fact, printed next to it in the scouting report. The overall is the plain average of the six attributes and nothing else. Potential is the one subjective number on the card, and it is labelled as a scouting grade wherever it appears.
